Stage 1: CONSULTATION

WE WILL

  • Actively listen to your story, interviewing all aspects of health and wellbeing
  • Mutually develop goals and define expectations
  • Determine your entrance point to the continuum of care and at what stage you exit
  • Collaborate with associated parties (incl. parents, coach, MD, etc.)
  • Integrate other pertinent medical investigations and information

Stage 2: EVALUATION

WE WILL

  • Review the specific region of the presenting injury
  • Review whole-body considerations and the interaction of regional findings
  • Review (d)efficiencies and performance 
  • Determine risk of (re)injury and risk tolerance
  • Identify our key performance indicators as measures to progression and success
  • Assess all pertinent categories of function (incl. range, strength, speed, capacity, endurance, power, etc.)

Stage 3: APPLICATION

WE WILL

  • Focus on developing the trait of self-efficacy.
  • Present an efficient and hyper-focused strategy based on your true needs
  • Implement a rehab plan including scheduling and programming
  • Involve therapies that best suit your needs
  • Work one-on-one for plan execution

Stage 4: PROGRESSION

WE WILL

  • (Re)assess our measures of success
  • Challenge and advance you along the rehab continuum
  • Update your programming, acknowledging your gains
  • Fine-tune the traits and skills that elevate you to the highest level
  • Strategize your re-integration in sport
